"all I need"
As I write this my son has literally been eating dinner for an hour and a half. He won't stop eating. We're 10 minutes from his bedtime and he hasn't had a bath or anything. We're now just giving him bread in attempt to fill him up. What's happening?
Anyway, I took a couple of days off to hang with my dear friends Mel and Rowe in from LA and Miami. We had such a good time. It's SO nice to have friends that, no matter how often you see them, you just pick up where you left off. Yesterday we took a nice stroll downtown and sat outside drinking beer and people watching. Last night we went out to dinner and had a blast. Sam was very fond of both of them. He even gave them goodnight kisses.
I'm posting 2 daily drawings because I didn't post one yesterday. Also, I want to let everyone know that I have to postpone the daily drawings for a while. I am busily working on some Mother's Day goodies (to be posted at the end of the month) and have committed to 2 gallery shows coming up. So, I have spread myself a little too thin. But I hope to return to the drawings someday. I loved doing it and having something to post every day. But I'll keep posting...

Hi Melissa- I will miss your daily drawings but can't wait to see your other goodies :) We've already had Mother's day here so I took my goodies off Etsy- I should put them back on shouldn't I! I didn't realise Mother's Day is on a different day in America! I will have to find out when it is.
I love your little Mushroom drawing- I went to your shop to see how much it was but alas it had already sold. Have a lovely weekend.

Im soo happy to hear that you and yours friends had a great time! It's always sooo fun when friends come visiting. :) Oh i love that "three"...so cute!
