Mother's Day is in 3 weeks and I just finished my annual collection of Mother's Day paintings. This was the second year that I've painted these and they were so much fun. It was really interesting to see what aspects of motherhood were coming through. "Time out" and "not so fast" are both timely considering that Sam is in the "terrible two's". But I still think of him as my baby and I do still miss him when he's sleeping.
